The use and training of new employees has always been a major concern of the company. How to do a good job in the management of new employees is a great learning. In order to better promote the integration of new employees and group companies, thoroughly implement the retention and employment policy, and thoroughly study the spirit of "New Employees Management Measures", on December 6, the group launched the "New Employees Management Measures" training.
The course is led by the Human Resources Department of the Group. Group managers (team leaders, shop managers, supervisors), managers (deputy managers, principal and deputy directors) and department assistants participated in the course. The trainers explain the new staff management methods from the aspects of new staff registration preparation, induction process, induction training, probation follow-up and so on. Emphasis is laid on the analysis of how the employing department plays the leading role in this series of processes, and how the Ministry of Human Resources Administration plays a supporting role in coordinating the management of new employees.
During the class, the employees went to the stage to do the interview process and the scene reproduction of the new employees'entry. Through scene reappearance, it truly shows the problems in dealing with interviewees or new employees in real work. The trainer pointed out these problems one by one and demonstrated them in the right way, so that everyone could understand the direction of improvement.
In this course, we can benefit a lot from the lively explanations and role-playing. Everyone has expressed that they do have some shortcomings in the management of new employees. They should apply what they have learned in the next work to make the management of new employees better.
