In this evaluation, Matching Industry, Marketing Center and Aluminum Mold Workshop are among the top three. The first three judges were awarded Gome 7S Jinqi by Wang Lian-fa, the president's office director. At the same time, black flags were issued to the last three judges as a warning.

Yang Baozhong, Manager of Administration Department, briefed on the 7S management supervision and safety production in September. Liu Wanli, Manager of Quality Control Department, introduced the quality work in September. The representatives of various departments also reported on their own work. At the end of the meeting, Director Wang summarized the work of 7S construction and safety quality. Since the 7S was launched, the 7S work of the company has been improved by stages with the full cooperation of the inspection team, the heads of departments and all staff. However, during the inspection, it was found that there were still some phenomena, such as mobile phone playing during working hours, disorderly operation desk, casual discarding of labor insurance supplies, random stacking of production materials, and not turning off electrical appliances after work, which left a great hidden danger to safety production.

Director Wang pointed out that all departments should bear in mind that quality and safety are the lifeline of enterprises, so that they should not relax at all times. Heads of departments should come with questions and hold meetings purposefully. The departments that are not well deployed, organized, developed and managed the hidden safety hazards found in 7S work and quality and safety work will be notified and criticized.
